Recently, we brought you the Microsoft Dynamics GP Feature of the Day. But we would really like to highlight two relatively new features that could really improve your day to day process, and alleviate some of the aches and pains of manually processing AP vouchers.
Doc Attach is a new feature that allows you to scan documents, such as invoices and attach them to various GP screens, such as your AP voucher screen. From there, a workflow (another new feature) can be created so that an email is sent to a supervisor for approval of that voucher. Doc Attach along with workflows provide convenience and optimization, while eliminating unnecessary back and forth motions.
