Terrie Johnson, President & Project Manager:
Terrie is originally from Indiana where she grew up and attended college. She and her family moved to the Kansas City area in 1991. She is an active runner, spending hours running the hills in her Shawnee neighborhood. She also spends time on the lake, either skiing or just relaxing. She is the mother of two sons and caretaker of several dogs and cats!

Charley Pogue, Vice-President & Project Manager:
Charley and his wife are the proud parents of 3 children, ages 1, 3, and 5. So, we know what his primary hobbies are! Charley has been in the National Guard for 20 years now, trained to fly helicopters. Not only does he enjoy his time in the air, but also spending time on the local lakes with his son and a fishing pole. Charley and his family just moved into their new home in Olathe!

Scott Matteson, General Manager:
Scott is a life-long resident of Johnson County. He has an extensive financial background, having been either a CFO or Controller for over 20 years. His area of specialties are in the manufacturing arena and working with companies in a turn-around situation. Scott played baseball in college and he continues to play in a competitive league today! When not playing ball, he can be found at a local lake . He and his two children reside in Leawood.

Brian was born and raised in Kansas City where he has lived his entire life other than his time spent earning degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering in 1988. He is married with 3 children. Other than spending quality time with his family he enjoys flying, SCUBA diving and pretty much anything outdoors.

Jason Lieb, Director of Networking:
Jason joined the ASI team May 1st. As owner of JML Consulting, Jason provided full networking solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the Kansas City area for 3 years. He know the importance of serving these customers and in order to help meet their needs he became the first Microsoft Small Business Specialist in the Kansas City area. Jason has over 10 years of experience in the IT field and holds an Information Technology degree from Ottawa University, the MCSE and certification in A+ and Citrix.

Kristi is a native of the Kansas City area. She and her husband have two children and live in Tonganoxie where they enjoy the country life without the bustle of city traffic! When not working, they are avid BBQ fans, entering contests around the area. Next time you are at the American Royal, be sure to visit their booth and sample the brisket and ribs!

Joy McCrae, Inside Sales:
Joy is a mother of 4 beautiful daughters and 1 little boy. Joy and her familiy live in Tonganoxie, KS. She enjoys spending time watching the girls play sports, dance, sing, draw and mostly sleep. This past summer, they made several trips to Chicago and spent time on the lake fishing, water skiing and swimming with her husband and his family.

Don Cumbie, Project Manager:
Don is another of our native Kansas Citians. He and his wife and two children reside in Shawnee, and try to spend as many weekends at the lake as possible. He claims to be a golfer, but we've seen his scores! He is a die-hard K-State fan and a very devoted father to his children. We're glad that Don is part of the ASI family!

Matt Winship, Project Manager:
Matt is originally from the Kansas City area. He is the father of 2 children. Matt attended the University of Tulsa, where he obtained a BS in Accounting. He has competed in sports throughout his life, in high school he was the school's Senior Athlete of the Year and Scholar Athlete of the year. He now finds his athletic outlet on the golf course.

Sharon Schnare, Project Manager:
Sharon was raised in rural Missouri, and has lived in Blue Springs, MO for the past 20 years. She possesses a strong financial background automating numerous businesses accross the Midwest with Microsoft Dynamics GP software. Sharon specializes in Project Management and Customer Care making sure projects are on time and on budget. She enjoys ballroom dancing, playing classical piano, and has two children and two cats. She is also an avid fan of the outdoors, enjoying anything involving water.

Mike Scott, Technical Specialist:
Mike is originally from Wichita, KS where he grew up and attended Wichita State University earning a bachelors degree in Computer Science. He moved to the Kansas City area in 2004. Other than spending time doing honey-dos, he enjoys photography as a hobby.

Sean graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Technology Administration. He also attended Kansas City Kansas Community College and performed in the KCKCC Jazz Band in community appearances and regional competitions. In Sean's free time he currently plays keyboard for the band Monkey Finger.

Derrick is an avid hockey fan and likes to play recreational ice hockey on the weekends where he is currently the captain of his team.

Linda is a native of Kansas City. She attended College at Northwest Missouri State where she earned two Bachelor of Science Degrees. She enjoys riding bicycles and spending time with her family.

Michael Joined the ASI team May 1st. He is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazerene University and holds a BA in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration. He brings 15 years of non-profit accounting experience including seven years serving as the Controller for the fellowship of Christian Athletes. His professional experience also includes serving two different organizations as a member of their Board of Directors.
Michael is very involved in his church and is actively involved in leading Bible studies for Crown Financial Ministries. As Michael states, "The most important things to me are my relationship with God, my family, and my four children." Hobbies include: spending time with family, taking care of his lawn, bike riding and operating an internet based radio station at www.holinessmusic.com

Kristen Fainter, CRM Consultant:
Kristen was born and raised in Macon, Missouri and moved to the Northland in 2001. Kristen lives in the Northland with her husband, Ricky, a Cajun in every since of the word, from South Louisiana, her 2 boys, ages 13 and 10 and her dog Gee, who is a strange mixture of Shar-Pei and Husky.
Kristen spends a lot of time with her boys and their sporting activities. In her spare time, Ricky and Kristen are remodeling their home. Kristen also spends time drawing, reading and spending as much time in the sun as possible. During their busy schedules, they travel to Macon and Plaquemine, LA.
Kristen brings 10 years of experience to ASI in CRM, data management, sales, marketing, operations and administrative roles. From her previous experiences she has been on both sides of the fence when it comes to business and she is extremely sensitive to making sure that your business needs are achieved.

This former Sergeant in the Air Force he has been married for 31 years and has two children. His hobbies include Robotics, Fly Fishing, and Artificial Intelligence.
