CRM Consultant

Want to work for a dynamic fast-growing consulting company located in the Kansas City Metropolitan area? We have an open position for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to support new and existing CRM customers. The right candidate will support every aspect of a CRM implementation from analyzing the customer's business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application to meet the customer's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application using the built-in administration tools including, form layout, workflow design, views, etc. to achieve the customer's business requirements
• Conduct acceptance testing
• Perform End-user training
• Perform legacy data migration
• Support internal CRM Project Managers, Technical and Application Consultants

Soft Skills:

• Clear and effective communication, in written and verbal formats
• Proactive
• Creative problem solving and conflict resolution
• Team-oriented; willing to align work with team's priorities and goals
• Self-starter with strong time management skills and multitasking abilities

Functional/Technical Skills:

• 1 to 2 years experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• 1 to 2 years consulting experience in business applications with a focus on software implementation a plus, but not required
• Understanding of integration and interfaces of Microsoft Dynamics to other applications a plus, but not required
• Microsoft CRM certifications a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with relational database concepts a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Sharepoint
• Basic understanding of Windows desktop environments
• No travel required

Developer:
The Developer works as a consulting team member, leader or an individual technical consultant on for-fee product creation, enhancement, or integration projects. Expertise and work efforts focus on the design and development of systems for client implementations. The Developer develops requirements, estimates cost and schedule, creates technical specifications, and delivers stable, customer-ready applications and integration components for unit and system testing. The Developer will also serve as pre-sales support specialist and provide support to lower level consultants with regard to projects when needed.

Qualifications: We are looking for talented individuals with either strength or technical knowledge, or the willingness to learn the following areas:

• Excellent communication skills.
• A drive to work with Microsoft technologies for development, integration and collaboration tools.
• Experience with or solid understanding of all aspects of the software development process.
• A focused area of study in a software development related field.

Individuals should possess or display the drive to learn and perform, the following skills:

Implementation Consultant:
Associates Solutions is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. The right candidate is a dynamic professional who is eager to learn about new technologies, detail-oriented, and thrives on working directly with businesses to help them become more efficient and effective. The position requires a strong business analysis background, and a solid foundation in programming concepts. Above all, we are looking for a talented individual who has the enthusiasm, desire, ambition, and capability to quickly learn and adapt.

Job duties would entail, but not limited to the following:

• Analyze business requirements.
• Implement and configure Dynamics Great Plains modules.
• Train users. Assist with data migration, integration, and interfaces.
• Support go-live operations.
• Create reports and manage post-implementation support.

Technical Qualifications would include the following:

• Knowledge of accounting practices/processes.
• Experience in implementing or supporting workflow-based systems.
• Experience with integration tools: Integration Manager or eConnect.
• Experience with reporting tools: Crystal, FRx, OLAP Tools, SQL reporting services.
• Experience with MS SQL, GP SQL table knowledge, and SRS SQL Reporting Services.
• Knowledge of Business Portal, SharePoint services.
• Knowledge of third-party products and ISVs.
• Direct experience with at least two installations of Great Plains.
• Ability to develop design specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a big plus.
• Dynamics Certifications a big plus.
