Associates Solutions, Inc was founded in 1998 by Terrie Johnson and Charley Pogue. These individuals had spent many years in the business software industry and had thought that they knew of a better way of doing business...achieve customer loyalty and growth through superior customer service! While not a new, or ground-breaking idea, it resonates the beliefs of each individual within the ASI organization and allows ASI to be a leader in the Midwest for Microsoft Business Solutions software.

Over a period of time, we have grown this business from working out of a basement to occupying a building of 5,500 square feet and having our employee base grow by 600% over that time frame. This growth did not happen suddenly, but through the diligence of each member of our team. Each client we have represented has contributed greatly to our growth. We are extremely proud of the fact that while we have done business with over 100 companies, each and every one of them can be used as a reference.

We are a Microsoft partner on the move! Associates Solutions is a Gold Certified Business Solutions Partner, one of only 33 in the country. This designation not only means that ASI is committed to the beliefs of Microsoft in areas of education, certifications, knowledge and customer satisfaction, we excel at it! As in the movie Top Gun, we are "better than the best". In 2004, ASI was asked to serve on the Microsoft Business Solutions Partner Advisory Committee, one of 19 members on this prestigious committee. This participation ensures ASI that Microsoft executives will hear first-hand what our customers want in the software. As a client, it's nice to have a "voice" near the top!

As a leader in the local area, we offer more than just sales and service! At Associates Solutions, we sponsor the only Microsoft Business Solutions Users Group in Kansas City. We also have a training facility where we conduct training classes on FRx, Crystal Reports, Solomon, and Great Plains.

Since it's inception, ASI has been an industry leader in working with the latest software releases from Microsoft. Associates Solutions was the first Microsoft partner in the area to receive their certification for Microsoft CRM (Customer Relationship Management) as well as being the first partner in the area to become a Microsoft Axapta partner. ASI is constantly trying new technologies and new processes to benefit their current group of clients.

As the only Microsoft partner in Kansas City to handle both Solomon and Great Plains, we are able to present to business' two viable solutions, not just one.
