Terrie Johnson, Founding Partner & Project Manager:

Terrie is originally from Indiana where she grew up and attended college. She and her family moved to the Kansas City area in 1991. She is an active runner, running the hills in her Shawnee neighborhood. She is the mother of two sons, two step-children and grandmother of 3 (with one on the way!). When not doting on family, Terrie enjoys relaxing in the pool and is an avid gardener. She is recognized as one of Microsoft’s experts in Microsoft Dynamics SL and as President and Project Manager, Terrie ensures that clients get the very best in ERP/CRM solutions.

Charley Pogue, Founding Partner & Project Manager:

Charley and his wife are the proud parents of 3 children, so you can guess what his primary hobbies are! Charley has retired from the National Guard after 23 years of service flying helicopters. Charley now focuses his time on baseball, soccer and wrestling. While these are all the sports his kids play, he still manages to find time to play recreational softball for his church team. As Vice-President and project manager, Charley focuses on providing the best Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions to business owners.

Scott Matteson, General Manager:

Scott is a life-long resident of Johnson County and a die-hard Jayhawk!. He has an extensive financial background, having been either a CFO or controller for more than 20 years before transitioning to the IT world. His areas of specialty are in the manufacturing arena and working with companies in a turn-around situation. Scott played baseball in college and continues to play in a competitive league today. When not playing ball, he can be found around his pool or playing with his 3 grandchildren (with one on the way!). Scott has two children, two step-children and currently resides in Shawnee. Scott is committed to connecting business owners with the Microsoft Dynamics solutions they need.

Jason Leib, Director of Networking:

Jason and his wife are the parents of 3 children here in the Lenexa area. Jason is the former past Chairman of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce and also ran for the Kansas Legislature in 2012. Jason is very involved in civic activities, including the Rotary Club, Lenexa Planning Commission. Jason enjoys running half-marathons, an avid homebrewer and also a certified judge in beer crafting competitions. Prior to Associates Solutions, he was the owner of JML Consulting, providing full networking solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the Kansas City area. He became the first Microsoft Small Business Specialist in the Kansas City Area. Jason has over 20 years of experience in the IT field and holds an Information Technology degree from Ottawa University, the MCSE and certifications in A+ and Citrix.
