How Associates Solutions got its start

Associates Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Terrie Johnson and Charley Pogue on the premise that they knew the right way of doing business: achieve customer loyalty through superior customer service. With this as the center focus, Associates Solutions has become a leader in the Midwest for Microsoft Business Solutions. Armed with outstanding employees with passion for what they do, Associates Solutions can focus on customer needs and provide the best solutions for each business.

Associates Solutions, Inc. was started in one of the partners’ basement and has since grown to occupy a 5,500 square foot building in Lenexa, KS (a suburb of Kansas City). Since 1998, Associates Solutions has grown to more than 20 employees, each offering many years of experience in their respective fields. Associates Solutions has Microsoft Gold Comptencies in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Our customer-focused ideals lead Microsoft to ask Associates Solutions to serve as one of 19 members of the Microsoft Business Solutions Partner Advisory Committee in 2004, ensuring that Microsoft Executives would hear first-hand what Associates Solutions customers want out of the software. Associates Solutions has also been a member of the Microsoft President’s Club for the past two years. This honor is given to top performing organizations across the globe. From small beginnings to elite status, ASI’s journey has been made by fantastic customers and a will to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.

Staying on Top

Since its inception, Associates Solutions has been an industry leader in working with the latest Microsoft software releases. Associates Solutions was the first Microsoft partner in the area to receive Microsoft CRM (Customer Relationship Management) certification. As the only Microsoft partner in Kansas City to handle both Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and SL (Solomon), Associates Solutions is able to present to businesses two viable business solutions. Associates Solutions’ focus is customer satisfaction, which is why more than one software package is offered. Over the last couple of years we have tripled the amount of functions that we perform from Solomon. Making Solomon highly critical in order to successfully meet our business needs.
